Your $30 holds the slot and comes off the total. Cancel or reschedule more than 24 hours before your appointment and it is fully refunded or moved to your new date. Inside 24 hours it is not refunded — the slot is already blocked and the crew’s day is built around it.
You pay when the cleaners arrive, and they begin immediately. Please settle it within 10 minutes of the start so the crew can work without interruption.
Walk through the place with them. If anything is not right, say so on the spot and they will take care of it.
They do not leave your home until you confirm to us by text that everything is finished to your standard.
Once you have confirmed by SMS and the crew has left, the visit is complete. This is why we ask you to check carefully while they are still there.
